Order by 2.00 pm and your order should be dispatched the same day* with our standard service (Royal Mail 1st Class). Should you request your goods urgently a Parcel Force Express service** is available upon request for a flat charge. Please call us on 0845 330 1 330 to arrange it during office hours. This service is available for UK mainland only. All parcels must be signed for on receipt. If you will not be at home during normal office hours Monday to Friday you may want to give us an alternative address where someone will be there to sign for the goods. (e.g. your work, a neighbour or a friend).

Price policy
All our prices are quoted inclusive VAT. (or net prices outside the EEC).
In the event of price changes with our suppliers, we may find it necessary to adjust our prices accordingly.
Unless specified to the contrary quotations in respect of price are made by the Seller without obligation and are subject to alteration without notice. The Seller may give notice to the Buyer at any time up to 3 days before delivery of any increase in price provided that the Buyer may cancel this contract in writing within 3 days of any such notice by the Seller
Returns & exchanges
All returns:
* must be sent within 21 working days to Dance Direct, PO box 21 258, Melksham SN12 7WB for either an exchange or a refund. All orders are double checked however if any picking errors occur please inform us within 48HR from receipt of the order.
* must be sent postage paid. We recommend recorded post as we accept no responsibility for mislaid return parcels.
* must be sent in new resaleable condition in the original packaging with tags still attached.
All tights, books, DVD’s, videos, CD’s, makeup and special orders are a final sale.
This does not affect your statuory rights.
Printed items may fade with repeated washing. We recommend these items are washed by hand. Printed items cannot be exchanged after the tag is removed.
For a fast process, enclose a copy of your invoice as well as your instructions. Straight exchanges (same reference but different size or colour) will be sent postage paid by Dance Direct for UK mainland only. Postage will be charged for any additional items or different styles ordered in exchange.
There is no charge for exchanges however please note there is a £2 handling charge per item for ALL refunds for goods received after 21 days. All refunds are for merchandise only. Postage is non-refundable in any circumstances. We endeavour to process refunds as quickly as possible however it can take up to 3 weeks. Post Christmas orders can be
returned up to the end of January.
Back orders
Every effort is made to dispatch your order complete. Unfortunately we cannot ensure that we are permanently in stock of all items although we do try our hardest. In the event we are temporarily sold out of an item you ordered, we reserve the right to cancel it or replace it with an alternative product unless otherwise instructed. If you are ordering goods for a show, audition or a Christmas gift, we recommend that you place your order approximately four weeks in advance to avoid disappointment (e.g large quantities/large sizes etc). Please note that we are closed between Christmas and New Year.
