Article Title: Keeping the price of Ballet Tights competitive during the credit crunch.

Dance Direct supply to most of the Dance Clubs and Dance Schools in the UK, providing them with cheap ballet tights, ballet leotards and dance accessories and as we are well aware that no ballet uniform is complete without ballet tights we stock a wide range of adult ballet tights, children’s tights, Capezio and Bloch tights, Convertible and footless tights and we are proud to be able to boast of our high quality products as we have very little return.

Tights play a big part in Ballet which is why we hold over 25000 pairs in stock in 20 different styles for adults and children, catering for different styles of dancing including ballet, contemporary, cabaret, hip hop and jazz.

Some of the more advanced ballet dancers can use several pairs of ballet tights each term and with that in mind we are currently building our stock levels for the ever so important ‘back to school’ in September and this will also help out busy Mothers who need to sort out their children’s dance bag ready for the new school term. We want to be able to deliver all the basic essentials that every young ballerina will need, like her pink ballet tights within a 48 hour time period.

Dance Direct are aiming to be a ‘one stop shop’ for all dance gear. We are working towards increasing our range of tights to supply even more convertible tights and footless tights in new and exciting vibrant colours.
Not just for ballet either these tights will be perfect for jazzing up any outfit, creating individuality and setting new fashion trends.

During the 11 years that Dance Direct have been supplying ballet wear including ballet tights and dance tights, we have never increased our prices, we have kept them affordable, which hasn’t been easy in light of the recent hammering of the exchange rate, however at this crucial time we realise we cannot put our prices up.
