Dance Direct is soon to be introducing an exciting new range of ‘Plume’ products to meet the ever changing needs of today’s dancer. We have been working with a new designer who has a very strong background in dance, to re-design our Plume Urban Dance range for a re-launch planned this autumn. As a team at Dance Direct we cannot wait for these new products to be introduced to our already loyal customers and to the public.
The new Plume logo will appear centrally on the garments to create a strong identity for the brand and will enable image conscious dancers to make more of a statement; this will appear on most designs, alongside new tags and new packaging to give to new logo much more of an impact in today’s challenging market.
We are aiming to appeal to the demanding young crowds looking for the latest gimmick on the market and those wishing to stand out in the crowd and be individual, which is why we have also been working on new colour combinations and finishes like high gloss and flock print. Colour combinations will include turquoise and raspberry and fluorescent orange and yellow, these will take you back to the 80’s with a groovy retro ‘Fame’ feel.
We are excited about our funky new collection of fluorescent ankle warmers in orange, yellow, pink, green and electric blue available very soon and stocked in large quantities to avoid disappointment, and to match those brightly coloured ankle warmers our new range will include tracksuit pants, vests, long hoodies and dance tops to name but a few. Over 20 new styles will be featured in the launch. These will be appearing on our website as soon as they become available. We have put in place a comprehensive marketing campaign to target dance teachers around the country to introduce them to the new Plume ‘experience’.
Particular attention has been made in regards to the pricing of our new range to ensure that all products are available and accessible to cash strapped dancers who are struggling to both pay for dance lessons and just as importantly, keep up with wearing the latest fashion.
Dance Direct is aiming for the ‘Plume’ range to be become an iconic brand amongst dancers. We are already the leading supplier of leotards to the dance community in Europe and we are hoping our new range will open doors for us in the Hip Hop and Street Dance community. We want this new range to sit alongside other brands such as Nike, Deha and Pineapple and we believe we have the market knowledge, ideas, designers and suppliers to succeed in the demanding market of today. With constant new designs and ideas, we will be bringing out new stock every 3-4 months to keep up with the ever changing market.
