Dance Direct Loyalty Voucher Scheme updates

Dance Direct have been running a loyalty voucher scheme now for quite some time, rewarding our returning customers and bulk buying customers like dance schools and dancer teachers, by giving them a £10 voucher for every £200.00 they spend with us.

For each £20.00 spent, one point is collected and shown on the customers statement, once 20 points have been collected we exchange them for a voucher to spend in our catalogue.

Although this loyalty scheme is extremely popular, we found the system in place, to be very complex, hard to manage and it probably wasn’t the most customer friendly due to the fact that the vouchers couldn’t be redeemed over the telephone.

We really do appreciate that running a dance studio and teaching dance lessons is a full time responsibility and so with that in mind, we have recently implemented a new system which has enabled us to now accept these loyalty vouchers over the telephone thus making our customers’ shopping experience even more enjoyable. We have also changed the verification process, so its now entirely automated making the whole process seamless.

‘Design a fabulous leotard competition’

The closing date is creeping ever closer for this seasons catalogue competition, which is to design a leotard. We want our customers to show us their creative side by sending in a picture of what they think their perfect leotard should feature.

Whether it is diamantes, frills, piping, two tone or bows, we want to see them.

Already we have had a significant amount of entries from dance schools looking to win some vouchers to spend on new uniforms, ballet tights and dance shoes.

We are giving away Dance Direct vouchers to spend on anything in our catalogue or on our website. So our customers need to hurry up and get
