The recent online Easter egg hunt was a great success, this time we made it so much easier to find the little sugar free Dance Direct egg which we had hidden on the new Plume urban dance tee ref. PTU0017 in colour white and pink on our website. There was a huge response to the competition and we also received some really nice positive comments via email and on some were posted on our Facebook page. The winners were absolutely delighted with their funky new Plume dance tops and their names have been added to www.dancedirect.com for all to see. There will be more competitions in the next coming months so all of our customers will have to keep their eyes peeled for clues.

We have been a little quieter over the last couple of weeks which has been greatly accepted by us and has allowed us to catch up on all of the other work around us, the Dance Teachers Discount Programme has been tremendously busy and we are working through the application forms as quickly as we can and also over the last few days we have been sorting out the warehouse, the storage and the shelving which houses our many hundreds of dancewear products, from ballet shoes to pink leotards to children’s ballet tights and so much more. We are expanding the storage within the warehouse by adding twelve more bays of racking to make room for the new dancewear products that we are waiting to receive in the next 2-3 weeks. We will be launching some more exclusive limited edition products onto our website including new dancewear items from big brands like Bloch and Capezio. These gorgeous new Bloch leotards and Capezio leotards are a little bit extra special and would make perfect Birthday presents for ballet and jazz dancers alike, or they would also make a wonderful surprise to say ‘well done’ after an audition or dance exam.

We are bringing in a new range of fabulous Pineapple dance bags which will look great with our Pineapple urban dancewear retro tees and trackpants, they will be perfect for Hip Hop and Street dancers and a great place to keep dance sneakers and water bottles. We also have a new range of Nike urban dancewear which will be available online very soon, the Nike products featured in our latest catalogue was all exclusive and limited editions and have proved to be so very popular which is why we have decided to bring out another selection of dancewear. In fact around 150 new products will be gradually introduced throughout the year to our website and these will be found in the ‘New In’ section.
