We want to see more of you!

We have recently added a new competition to our Facebook fan page because the team here at Dance Direct want to see more of our customers, we would love to know what some of them look like, what style of dancing they are passionate about and we want to see them showing off their groovy dance moves or slender ballet techniques or even upbeat jazz steps. We have set up a spot on Facebook where dancers, dance teachers and parents of dancers can uploads pictures of themselves and students or even a picture of them with their favourite dancer, and at the end of June we will be picking out the very best 10 photos and those will each receive £20.00 worth of vouchers to spend on dancewear from our catalogue. Maybe a beautiful new Bloch leotard or a gorgeous new Capezio leotard, some jazz shoes or ballet pumps, the choice is completely theirs.

Whether its ballet, hip hop, jazz or street dancing, we are all very excited to see what our customers look like so we want them to get as creative and as imaginative as possible. We have already sent a newsletter to all of our registered members and added a new banner to our website with details; this is all in the name of increasing our interaction with customers and getting to know them a little better and in only the first 3 days of publishing this competition we have had over 60 pictures sent in via email or posted on Facebook. So we are urging our customers to get into their Dance Direct dancewear and get snapping pictures of themselves!

Moving on…The newsletter for our exciting new product launch is all ready to go out and the first collection of exclusive limited edition dancewear is being launched as soon as next week, all of the photographs for the dancewear have been completed ready for all the separate launches which will take place over the next six months. Our customers will have new ‘must have ‘dancewear to look forward to each and every month.

Believe it or not we are already working on our next catalogue, issue thirteen is in progress already, and we think we have secured authorization to shoot our front cover shot and photographs in one of the most exciting theatres in this country. We are almost bursting with excitement at the prospect of this and cannot wait to get the ball rolling by looking for models and working on new dancewear designs and materials in the next coming months.
