New Products, New Samples and New Space

So we have now completed our big dancewear launch for the month of June and the new products have been extremely popular, in particular the new book ref B32 Nutrition for the Dancer has been flying off the warehouse shelves and priced at only £12.50 we really aren’t surprised at all! It seems that many many dancers out there are aware of the importance of looking after their calorie intake and performance preparation and this book does just that. Over the next 6 months our customers can look forward to a new dancewear launch of 10-15 products every 6 weeks and these items will include gorgeous Capezio leotards, even more beautiful Bloch leotards and of course not forgetting children’s pink tutus which are an essential part of any little girls wardrobe or dressing up box, dancer or no dancer these tutus will certainly have them dancing around for joy and don’t forget the little pink ballet pumps to go with the outfit.

Look out all urban and street dancers!! We have a very exciting brand new range of Pineapple dance shoes and dance sneakers coming soon which are going to be great for all those body popping, locking and breaking moves, we have already taken delivery of some of the styles so watch this space for the perfect finishing touch to dance outfits across the globe. We also have some special new dancewear products which will be available sometime in the autumn; these are Ugg look-a-like boots from Pineapple which will be just perfect for those blustery windy days and we are sure they will be great at keeping toes toasty and warm. We have so far looked at sample colours in black, grey, brown and even a lovely pinky colour and they are rather quirky and funky looking

Next week marks the beginning of our expansion of the warehouse, where we are adding an extra 300 square metres which will include an additional production area, a photography studio to carry out all of the dancewear picture taking and 3D animation images ready for the website www.dancedirect.com and a samples room for checking out all of the samples we receive throughout the year from our suppliers and potential suppliers, this room will permanently be buzzing with an abundance of activity and it’s here that we will be choosing the new Bloch leotards and Capezio leotards which will be featured in the next Dance Direct catalogue or they may be chosen as Limited Edition exclusive products for the website. We are anticipating this will all be ready by the end of the summer so needless to say we are pretty excited about all the work starting next week.
