Recent Facebook Competition

We had an overwhelming response to the ‘dance photographs’ competition we recently set up on Facebook. We wanted to see what some of our customers looked like and asked them to take pictures of themselves in funky dance poses and of course wearing and showing off our superb dancewear and then post them onto our Facebook Fan page. Originally we were going to give out 10 prizes of £20.00; but after the staggering 500 plus photographs that were entered we quickly decided to increase the prize giving’s to a whopping 60 prizes!! The runners up each received a £10.00 Dance Direct voucher and the lucky winners each received a £20.00 voucher to spend in our fabulous dancewear catalogue, there are going to be lots of dancers out there treating themselves to a new Bloch leotard, a gorgeous dance hoodie or a new pair of dance shoes.

The response we got from Dance Schools and Dance Troupes across the country was staggering and we really enjoyed looking through all the different pictures. It was great to see complete dance troupes kitted out in our dancewear all matching in turquoise and raspberry lycra leotards so we want to say a big thank you to everyone who uploaded a picture and congratulations to all the winners and finally; watch this space for the next competition coming soon!
