Shoes

To avoid confusion, please order your dance shoes in your UK street shoe size. Most products come in US sizes and we will convert to the best known equivalent. Don't panic when you receive your shoes as they will be marked with the US size on the packaging however you can check we have sent you the correct UK on your invoice.
Most styles are fairly snug and we recommend you order half a size or a full size up if you prefer to wear your shoes with additional growing space. SBS are particularly small.

We promise to refund or exchange any* items that you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in resaleable condition within 4 months of delivery

Returns must be sent postage paid to: Dance Direct, PO box 21258, Melksham SN12 7WB. A return form and return address label is sent with all orders.

For hygiene reasons we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on underwear and tights unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose.
All items should be in their original packaging.
