I’m looking at ordered some black, lace up jazz shoes for my daughter she’s currently a size 4 but I think she might need a 4.5. If I order both and return one do I have to pay for postage?

If you are in the UK you can download a free return label. Just follow the instructions in the Returns Section on the website.

Are the rubber soles suitable for line dancing or do they grip? I am looking for low heel lace up shoes with maybe leather or soles that don’t grip too well.
Can you help?
Many thanks

Hello, I am looking for jazz shoes for my daughters aged 5 and 7 for a stagecoach class. However, having recently returned to UK I am bewildered by the sizes. I bought them trainers from a Sports Direct recently they took a size 11 and a size 12, but I don't see this type of size listed on your size guide chart under "UK sizes", Please advise. Thank you

Good afternoon Helen,
Thank you for contacting IDS!
We will recommend size 12UK for your daughter but we will advise to measure her feet as for size 12UK child size it should be 19.1 centimeters according standard size on our website that I have attached on this e-mail.

How many sizes up should I go for 1st position leather Jazz shoes?

Sizing varies from one brand to the other as well as the shape of each dancer's foot and the material of the shoe (leather, canvas etc). We would recommend purchasing a couple of different sizes to find your best fit
