If you have a wide foot you may need to go up a size.

I usually wear a UK size 9.5 wide (EU 43) for dance shoes and trainers. However, according to your size-guide, UK 9.5 corresponds to EU 42. Should I order a size 9.5 or a size 10 shoe? (In case they don't fit, what is your returns/exchange policy?) Shall I order a slightly higher size of 10 and exchange it for a smaller size in case it is too large?
