Hi, ordering for the first time since I was a child, are shoe sizes same as normal shoes? Usually a 5 in shoe size. Thanks

I would suggest going up a size from the outdoor shoe size

Hello, I’m looking to order the pink first position leather ballet shoes for my daughter who is 2 and a half years old. Does the “order 1.5 sizes up from your usual shoe size” apply to the really small sizes too? My little girl is currently between an infant size 6.5 and a 7, would you recommend I order her a size 8?

It also depends on the overall shape of her foot, you may wish to order a child size 8 and even if this works out as too big then we do offer free UK returns and exchanges.

I ordered some pink ballet shoes in a size 4 (my daughters size) I didn't realise I should've sized up. Anyway I can exchange them?

For a foot length of precisely 23.4 cm (no extra margin added), measured by standing with heels to a wall, distance from wall to tip of big toes, what is the best size for a comfortable fit for casual wear (not dancing) please. Thanks!
