a size 4 is 40mm wide and a size 5 is 38mm wide. It could be either so please measure the width of the heel.

Are the Red Dorothy shoes slim or wide fitting as I have a broad foot and need to see if I need a size 7 or 8. Also, are there both toe and heel taps. Thank you

you may need to go up a size. The toe and heel taps are attached
