Thank you for contacting Dance Direct.
Our size C10.5 corresponds to 17.8 cm
Our size C11 corresponds to 18.1 cm
So, both sizes above will suit your daughter, but we will recommend size C11
As for the size 8 adult corresponds to 25.6cm not for a size C11
