Our standard delivery service is Royal Mail Tracked 48®. We aim to dispatch your order within 1 working day. You should receive your order within 2-4 working days. Our delivery days are Monday-Saturday. Please note that although our delivery service runs on a Saturday, our warehouse team only dispatch Monday-Friday.
No signature is required for Royal Mail Tracked. If you will not be at home during normal office hours Monday to Friday you may want to give us an alternative address where someone will be there to receive your order (e.g. your work, a neighbour or a friend)
If you need your items in a hurry then we offer Royal Mail Tracked 24®.
This service can be selected at the checkout stage if you are ordering online, or if you are placing a telephone order then simply ask our customer service representative to select this delivery option.
Order before 2pm Monday to Friday and your order will be dispatched on the same day so you should receive your order the next working day*. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched on the following working day. Please note, for the purposes of dispatch, our working days are Monday-Friday. If you order after 2pm on Friday (or any time on Saturday and Sunday) your order will not be dispatched until the following Monday.

There is no minimum spend threshold when you order from us.
Please note that your order is subject to stock availability. In some instances we may dispatch your items separately, with any out of stock items being placed on a back order to be dispatched once stock is replenished.
If a Revolution costume is showing out of stock online we will keep this item on back order until ready for delivery. Please contact us if you wish to cancel an item otherwise it will be dispatched to you.
Please note that we are closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day and Bank Holidays so no orders will be dispatched or delivered on these days.
We do not guarantee delivery time and cannot accept liability for late deliveries. Postage refunds will not be given in this instance.
Our aim is to ensure that your complete order is dispatched to you every time. Unfortunately some items sell out very quickly and stock can’t always be replenished in time to meet demands. In these cases, we will send part of your order out to you and keep any out of stock items on a back order – this means that as soon as your goods are back in stock we will dispatch them to you and notify you by email.
Please be advised that we are not able to hold on a back order any out of stock items valued at under £10 including VAT without either holding the whole order or applying another postage charge for a further dispatch.
In the event we are temporarily sold out of an item you ordered, we reserve the right to cancel it or replace it with an alternative product unless otherwise instructed.
