If you need to return an item(s), simply send it back to us within 14 days of the delivery date and we will be happy to give you a full refund.
Please ensure that you return your item(s) in a new re-saleable condition, in the original packaging with all the labels still attached.
All items being returned for a refund must be sent postage paid. We recommend using Royal Mail Signed For™ service to ensure your parcel arrives safely to us. Dance Direct accepts no responsibility for mislaid returns parcels.
Step 1 – We include a returns form attached to your invoice in every parcel, simply complete and detach this and send this along with your item(s)
Step 2 – Affix the return address label provided to your parcel
Step 3 – Post your parcel using Royal Mail Signed For™ service
(If you have misplaced your returns form – don't worry! Simply send your item(s) with a note to tell us what you are returning and why, along with your name and order number to the address below)

We reserve the right to refuse any returns received more than 14 days after the delivery date.
Under the UK trading standards you are entitled to change your mind about a purchase within 7 days from receipt of goods (UK delivery addresses only).
We reserve the right to use your original card details to make a payment debit or credit as per your return instructions.
Printed items may fade with repeated washing. We recommend these items are washed by hand following the care instructions on the garment.
All tights, underwear, books, DVD 's, CD 's and special orders are a final sale. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please allow a minimum of 14 working days from the date that we receive your returned item(s) for us to process your return.
